After my first child in 2010, I struggled with food intolerances, lost 20 pounds, and felt frustrated, lonely, and stuck. Baking became my sanctuary, and slowly I figured out how to make food that worked for my body and tasted amazing.
What started as baking for my daughter and friends grew into selling at farmers markets, and eventually opening my award-winning gluten-free bakery in 2014.
Now, I help people just like you bake incredible gluten-free sourdough at home so your kitchen can become a calm, joyful place where delicious bread is always possible.
